vr katasa valuesThe Katasa Group puts forward their values of sharing in everything they undertake, and they want each senior resident to feel that they are part of the big family formed with the staff.

“Our corporate culture has been built and lays on the values that define and guide how we operate,” said Katherine Chowieri, responsible for planning, marketing, and finance at the Katasa Group.

The company’s values are spread into six categories. First, there is the family spirit that all our clients, residents, and staff are treated like family members. A pleasant environment is created so that everyone feels good. Second, it is transparency in all dealings with our staff, our customers and with each other, the owners.

Respect is also valued among our employees, customers, and owners. Then, passion contributes to creating an improved customer experience that strives to surpass itself, inspire enthusiasm for work, and stimulate innovation.

Loyalty to our customers and staff then creates an environment that encourages our employees and customers to remain loyal to our company. Finally, we encourage all aspects of diversity, the contribution of a diversity of opinions, perspectives, cultures and approaches, more diverse thinking, and open communication.
